Oleh Feduniak, Esq. is a founder and leading attorney of Feduniak Law Firm. His colleagues and clients have recognized him for his ability to provide excellent legal service and handle complex cases. Mr. Feduniak dedicated his practice to the field of U.S. Immigration and Nationality law. His primary focus is family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, asylum, citizenship and naturalization, and temporary visas.

As a proud immigrant, Oleh Feduniak understands the struggles that clients may face during the immigration process. Mr. Feduniak was born and raised in Ukraine. In 2015, after graduating with a Law Degree from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Ukraine, he was awarded a scholarship to study at the Chicago-Kent College of Law. In 2016, Mr. Feduniak graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law and earned the degree of Master of Law (LL.M.) in U.S., International, and Transnational Law.

Over the past six years, Mr. Feduniak has tailored legal education and work experience in different law firms before he established Feduniak Law Firm. Oleh Feduniak is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, his practice in Illinois is limited to U.S. Immigration and Nationality law. Mr. Feduniak is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
